Working for a Living

So I noticed from Mom's blog that a lot of people have been asking how come The Dragon Master has not posted for awhile, dad told me that "quality over quantity" is the best response! Anyway I have been really busy lately after we got back from Oregon so I have not had a lot of free time to post. Because of dad's new position at work he is able to work from home once in a while and hang out with me. I usually leave him alone for the most part...but we have had some discussions about my own career path recently. He told me that I can be whatever I want to be when I grow up as long as I am out of the house when I am 18 and can pay my own bills. I thought the best way to figure out what I want to be was to try out some different options.

Dad said that most of the time you have to start at the bottom and work your way up...I am pretty sure this is as close to the bottom as it gets

Although it appears as though I was having fun...this is actually the excitment of getting it to FINALLY flush...not enjoyment...I will pass on being a Bathroom Attendant.

I decided to then try out something a little less manual and more professional, so I decided to read through the user guide of Mom's new laptop.

A couple pages into this and I realized this was not the path for me. Not to mention the dudes that wrote this stuff are probably nerds and would not be very much fun to hang out with on the weekend. Next please!

So I have tried the manual labor, tried the computer nerd, now I thought I would go the Executive route. This is what I see dad doing all the time and he is super cool so I thought this had to be the one. It is a good thing that Mom had her cheer magazines on the desk otherwise I would have been COMPLETELY bored. Desk Jockey not for me.

P.S

This post may seem like it does not have a good closing...that is because my final activity for the day consisted of showing off my new slip and slide skills in the bath tub. Dad took a video of me doing this but obviously I was naked and Mom thought that it was not the best idea for me to post my naked body on the net so we had to take it off. I was a little upset about this so I did not make any other edits to make it close better. Dad told me that it is usually best to just listen to her and not argue because it makes life a lot easier in the long run. Sorry but you can thank all the folks on "to catch a predator" for that. Catch ya later.

Hey - nice to see you have found the time to post to your blog! I sure do miss you! I totally enjoyed having you here for most of the summer - I got used to having you close. I am super excited that you are coming up in a few weeks. We can get back to spending time together. I will take you to "Cafe Sip n Play". You will love it. It's an indoor playland for kids - with a security door. I will be drinking tea where I can watch you play with the other kids. It's really a place for you to have fun - parents/grandparents/nanny's just watch and visit with each other. I will take lots of pictures of you. I'm sure we will hit Starbucks a time or two while you are here - ust like old times.

It's good to see that you are exploring your career opportunities. Whatever you choose to be when you grow up you will be a success - just like your parents. The key is to do something that you enjoy - and hope it pays well.

Love ya much!

I must say I'm pretty impressed by the toilet picture Dylan! I'm just wondering, were you plundging your mom or dads terd? If I had to guess...I'd say your mom's cause I've seen a few of hers in my day. Oh, that reminds me of a good story of Aunt Natalie (nope, not Lake Powell...tell your mom to think about Aunt Jenn's house and Natalie's poop. Ring any bells?)Seriously, disgusting!
